SPARKLE CAT RESCUE
Jack's Medical Fund - donations via the button below will be applied to Jack's medical expenses.
Should donations exceed the amount needed to cover all of Jack's medical expenses, funds will go into the general fund to help homeless cats we rescue.
As of August 10, we have raised $680.00 for Jack's medical expenses through Facebook fundraisers and through donations made on our website.
TOTAL VET EXPENSES 6/6-8/10/18 = $2600.92
Please donate if you can. No amount is too small.
Jack is one of 30 kittens in our program we took in since May and our vet expenses have been very high. This was an unexpected emergency expense we did not anticipate when Jack was rescued. We have also had other unexpected expenses with Shadow, Champ, Miss Kitty and our panleuk kittens.
Just for the months of June and July, Sparkle Cat Rescue has paid a total of $14,689.81 to our partner vets, emergency vet, and to pharmacies for prescriptions.
We took in 30 kittens between May and August and these unexpected medical emergency expenses have hit our general fund hard. Because we've had to focus on raising money for emergency medical needs for kitties like Jack, raising funds for the kittens we took into our program took a back seat and we must replenish our general funds to take care of all the cats and kittens in our program (each kitten is $165-$185 for standard vet care).
