Sparkle Cat Rescue, Inc. is an all-volunteer, 501 (c) (3) non profit North Carolina public benefit corporation, incorporated November 6, 2014, whose mission is rescuing and adopting out homeless cats; educating the public on spay/neuter and TNR (trap-neuter-return) of feral and stray cats to prevent more homeless cats from being born.
