BURLINGTON ANIMAL SERVICES Mighty Mousers Program
Did you know that in Alamance County NC, Burlington Animal Services has a Mighty Mouser program, and through this program for only $10 per stray/feral cat or do a pair for $10, you can get them fixed and vaccinated and adopt them back - foster to adopt through the shelter with this program also if the kittens are not old enough to be spayed/neutered.
PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS PROGRAM AND SPAY/NEUTER TO PREVENT MORE HOMELESS BABIES FROM BEING BORN! There are simply not enough rescues to save all the homeless cats!

ANIMAL KIND $20 FIX www.animalkind.org/programs/20-fix 919-870-1660 The $20 fix program offers a way to spay/neuter cats and dogs for a low-cost. You can use this program if you live in Alamance County or Orange County, NC.
*NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Once you have completed the form, you can pay by selecting the package you need below, then hitting the "Buy Now" button. Alternatively, you can pay for your voucher in person (Monday through Friday from 10-5) or mail it to our office located at 2444 Tribek Dr. in Burlington . Your voucher will be mailed to you once all paperwork is received in the office.
PLUS PACKAGE includes: The spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, DHPP (dogs) or FVRCP (cats) booster, de-worming medication, a CAPSTAR for fleas (if necessary) and three days worth of take-home pain medication.
You MAY incur extra charges at the time of pick-up if any of the following occur: 1. If your pet has parasites not covered by broad spectrum de-wormer. 2. If your pet is in heat or pregnant. 3. If your pet has an undescended testicle (cryptorchidism). 4. If your pet is a senior. 5. If your animal is extra large in size and/or weight. 6. If the veterinary clinic you chose requires the pet to be up to date on other vaccines (not included in the package) prior to surgery.
*Extra charges could range from $15-$250 and are NOT covered by HSAC. For questions about potential extra charges, please contact the practice with whom the surgery has been scheduled BEFORE taking your animal in for surgery.
Military Veterans, Active Duty Personnel and First Responders In honor of Military Veterans and Active Duty Personnel as well as First Responders (police officers, sheriff deputies, firefighters, paramedics and rescuers), HSAC offers a 50% discount on their (regularly priced) spay/neuter packages. In order to qualify for this discount, valid identification must be provided. (Discount also applies to National Guard and Reservists.) Active Duty Personnel: Common Access Card (CAC) or Uniformed Services ID Card. Veterans:DD-214 (must reflect character of service as honorable or under honorable conditions), Uniformed Services ID Card, Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC) or Veteran Identification Card (VIC). First Responders: Valid State, County or Agency issued ID card with photo.
PROJECT B.A.R.K. Project B.A.R.K. promotes spaying and neutering through community-based political action as well as on the ground. They provide financial assistance to families who want to be responsible pet owners but are unable to afford the cost of spaying/neutering.
