ADOPTION APPLICATION

Please submit a full adoption application with interest in adopting. Please don't send us emails asking for more information than is provided with each bio below.

Please note: if applications are received on a Friday, it may be Monday or Tuesday before you hear from us due to vet offices being closed over the weekend OR our volunteer adoption coordinator being busy.

We do not send notifications if you are denied. Denials can be for a number of reasons (insufficient/incorrect information on application, pets not spayed/neutered/up to date on vaccines, pets not listed on application that you have or have had (per vet), or it's simply not a good fit). To expedite your application, be sure to list everything we will need to screen your application.

Due to being a volunteer-only rescue and our time is valuable rescuing cats and kittens and taking care of them, we will only email/text/call applicants that are approved.

Adoption Fees: $100 each for kittens / $175 pair of kittens.  $85 adult cat.  Adoption fees cover spay/neuter, current on age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, combo test for FIV/Felv.

BANANA was rescued 4/10/2021 with her newborn babies. We were told she's 4-5 years old but she could be younger. She is very loving and good with kids. She's fostering in a home where there are 2 dogs and other cats but she has been isolated to one room with her kittens while they are nursing.

Neutered/Vaccinated

CHARLIE was rescued late 2020 after being found abandoned outside a restaurant in Burlington, NC.  His sister was also rescued but she's been adopted already.  Charlie is a talker.  Charlie loves attention.  Charlie is a lover!  He's a very smart and loving boy, great with other kitties. He's still playful and loves catnip toys.  He's fostering with 2 dogs and other kitties. He would be fine with older children.

COTTON
Male
Born 2016
COTTON is a flame point Siamese, fully vetted and has a slight heart murmur (grade 2/6). He requires a quiet home without dogs or children. He is currently living with other cats and has one friend in the bunch. He will be fine as an only cat. He needs a stress free home no  with and is an independent boy who doesn’t ask for much attention. He is just thanthkful to be rescued and loved.

Picture
FITZ
Male
1-1/2 years old
  • Neutered & vaccinated
Fitz is an adorable 1 year old tux boy who has blossomed  in a foster home with lots of one on one attention. He's become a cuddly lap cat who’s happy to curl up for an evening of snuggles and reading, and also sleeps at the foot of the bed ready for more attention as soon as you wake up. He comes when called (most of the time) and is always in the mood for pats - sometimes even belly rubs. He loves to play and can get some serious air jumping to catch toys. He’ll play with people, other cats, or on his own, even carrying the dog’s toys around the house while chatting about catching them. Fitz is full of personality. He would love a patient adopter who will let him take some time to settle in and bond. He loves the company of other friendly cats and is very patient and gentle while getting to know them. Fitz would do fine with fairly calm dogs and older children. He’s fixed and fully vaccinated, just waiting on his perfect match!

ZOEY
2-3 years old
Spayed / Neutered
Vaccinated

ZOEY is a beautiful and very sweet calico girl. She was pregnant when rescued and gave birth to three beautiful babies. Her babies all have been adopted and now it's time for mama!

She is in a home fostering with other cats but has been kept separated from them. We do not know how she would do with dogs.

She is a very sweet girl who likes to be petted. She will let you pick her up and gets in your lap. The vets says she's 2-4 years old but we believe she is closer to 2 years old as she is so playful
