Here's my story:
|
1/21/15 - I am so hungry that I enter the trap set by local TNR volunteers. A pink collar was discovered around my neck and under my shoulder, embedded in my skin. |
An anonymous cat lover sponsored my surgery expenses. I can't thank them enough. And a big thank you to Dr. Linda East for taking such good care of me!
I am available for adoption and am currently recovering from my surgery to remove the collar. I'm a very sweet girl and am healing so fast! I will be recovering with Sparkle Cat Rescue and will be in foster care until I'm adopted.
Post surgery 1/21/15. Time to start healing.
MICROCHIP YOUR PETS!It is so important to microchip your pets! The microchip is embedded in the skin and gives your animal a permanent identification “tag” which is registered with local animal control, and a national registry if you send your information into the chip manufacturer.

BREAKAWAY COLLARSMy breakaway collar malfunctioned; however these collars are usually safer than your standard collar.Sparkle Cat Rescue recommends a quick release clasp for safety and also have your phone number dyed into the fabric (permanent dye) so people can easily contact you.
